Got windows tinted, great service and much cheaper than rivals!

I recently tinted my estate car with Motorwerks. I am very happy with the job and they are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service, I was about to order online but thought I'd give Jordan a chance to quite me on two new tyres. He ended up £14 cheaper than the big online retailers and was responsive to my questions and letting me know when they could be fitted! Will definitely use again!!

1st class service, really good to know there is somebody out there who doesn’t rip women off. Jordan was very helpful and explained everything he needed to do and why. Had to wait a few days for tyres as he ordered from Germany at a super price, but offered same day for slightly more as it was local tyres. Very polite and friendly, will definitely use Elite Mobile Tyres again and have already recommended him to others. Was also a massive plus he’s 24 hour mobile.

Very friendly man come to my rescue at 3am. Highly recommended and very cheap prices.

Wow, awesome experience today with a girl that works in the Bike Hut (Aylie? Not sure of spelling!), super helpful, found an obscure part for me, ordered it without a deposit, phoned me back a couple of times to confirm etc., I'll get it in a couple of days, an absolute credit to the company.

Fixed my bike up real good, fast and cheap also. Just wished the guy wasn't so cocky when I returned to pick it up.

Having been very disappointed with our local Arnold Clark, it has been a totally different experience with this branch. I cannot fault the service and help offered from the branch. Andrew Gilman-Abel was so helpful and despite living a distance from Aberdeen sent me a detailed video of the car and arrangements were made to deliver the car to our local service centre. I was very impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of Andrew and other staff I spoke to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

Collecting my car today. Edgar is excellent and the accounts team very professional!! Helpful beyond the call of duty. Whilst I was there I overheard a conversation whereby a couple with their daughter were ranting' (Aberdeen style) about a issue they had with the transfer of private plate. The poor salesman was annihilated!! So wrong!! Obviously taking ownership of a 17 plate Merc goes to your heed'?!! Good manners cost nothing!!

I was having some issues with my Subaru battery, had been recommended a replacement battery by a breakdown provider as the battery wasn't holding charge. I went to Taylors to get a second opinion, without an appointment, I phoned up and 20 minutes later I arrived and Ian checked my battery there and then. He found nothing wrong with the battery and suggested some reasons for the issues and to see if the problem persisted the next morning and to call. The next morning all was fine and in fact there was no issues with the battery, saving me a replacement and installation. This is the second time I have used Taylors and the second time i have had an outstanding service, would definitely recommend.

In my opinion Taylor's are the only reputable firm in Aberdeen to complete a job efficiently and to a very high standard . They are not the cheapest but complete a job flawlessly. Very polite and helpful

It was a wonderful experience. Alex Paterson helped us with the purchase and he is an exceptionally good employee. He helped us in a very professional and friendly manner. All our queries were answered timely during the process. Alex very kindly arranged a lovely courtesy car for me on a short notice. We felt very welcomed and comfortable each time we visited Peter Vardy. Overall a great experience!!

I had really great service here - bought some previously owned Beosound 19's and they were great. They took the time to label everything in the box for easy step, made sure I knew I could call them anytime for help and followed up by email to check I'd got them all working. Really impressive service.

Bought my first car from Andrew having previously never bought a car on finance. Andrew was not pushy and gave me great service compared the other garages I went to look at cars from. I would recommend Andrew to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a car. Process was quick and he explained everything very well and patience. Could not recommend him enough!

Have visited them recently and completely transformed! The staff are so helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I think it may be new people but so much better - would definitely recommend the Aberdeen branch!! I dealt with a cental office to get a long term hire arranged. After stating that it takes three to five working days to locate a vehicle they didn't meet that guarantee. I had to chase them for updates and information. As you have to organise your own insurance I couldn't give the insurer details of the car to obtain the certificate to send to Thrifty which doesn't help the process. The person dealing with me was a trainee, and I appreciate they have to learn with someone, but she failed to give information or gave me the wrong details. Even the insurance company were laughing at her and all the misinformation as they deal with Thrifty on a regular basis. After nine working days I finally got a car sorted out and available. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company for long term hire.

Need to bring 1 pound and 50 pent coins. 1 pound coins for the washing machine and 50 pents for washing powder and dryers. Car park short two minute walk away. Limited street parking. Would recommend for other travels staying at hotel that don't have affordable laundry services available.

This is how car rentals shall work everywhere! I've not spent more than 10 minutes in the office during pick-up and drop-off combined. Staff very helpful and nice, prices very good, nice experience, thank you all there!

Cramped location here for drop offs etc. Car was a bit dirty inside on collection. She couldn't tell me cost of extending hire, so I didn't!? Navigating back was straight forward for the return.

Whenever I go yo Aberdeen to work. On my way back I will go this Garage. Very nice and friendly staff. And I prefer Shell fuel so I only visit shell garage
